GURU NANAK COLLEGE OF EDUCATION AND RESEARCH BHANDUP, had organized seminar presentation by the student teachers in the institute on 2nd and 3rd of August.
The topic for the presentation was “LEADERSHIP STYLES “
The topic Leadership styles was again divided into three types:- Team leadership, Transformational leadership and situational leadership.
In each type of leadership they had various subtopics that were presented by the student teachers.
The topic covered meaning, definition, characteristics, merits and demerits of each type of the leadership.
The interaction between the presenters and the audience was very good.
The seminar ended by the principal’s motivational speech to have more participation of student teachers in future seminars.
