GNVS’ Guru Nanak College of Education and Research had undergone Examination Centre Inspection through Lead Cluster Organisation Winter 2026 on 1st October 2026. The inspection was done under the vigilance of the following officials:
- Dr. Falguni Anish Shah: Principal of R. R. Educational Trust’s B.Ed College (Convenor)
- Dr. Rupali Sadare: Principal Krantijyoti Savitribai Phule College of Bachelor of Education (Member)
- Ms. Khillouni Raulkar: Principal of R.K. B.Ed College (Member)
Inspection was carried out for the following aspects:
Security & Confidentiality: Inspectors check secure storage facilities like double-locked steel cupboards.
Surveillance: Verification of functional CCTV cameras covering examination halls and storage zones, with mandates to retain footage were checked.
Infrastructure: Assessment of room dimensions, seating capacity, adequate spacing between desks, proper lighting, and ventilation was done.
Facilities & Emergencies: Availability of drinking water, clean restrooms, and a designated medical room or infirmary for emergencies were properly checked.
Conduct & Staff: Verification of assigned invigilators, and attendance tracking systems properly checked.
